The great thing about Mod Organizer is that if you want to make a change to the file structure of a mod or mods all you need to do is change the folder structure or add/remove files in those folders. As long as each mod has it’s own folder, named correctly and enabled in MO then you’re good.

That particular mod is packaged as a manual and a fomod install. The MO installation will show you the plugins and you should activate whichever one you want. The *.fomod files in that archive are just a script and a screenshot for each option, that screenshot is the reason for the *.fomod being noticeably larger than the plain plugins.

I’ve decided that I’m switching from NMM to MO since I’ve heard it had better functionality. Is there a safe way to transfer these 200+ mods I installed with NMM to Mod Organizer? I’ve read that cut/paste-ing the mods directory from Games/Nexus Mod Manager/Skyrim/Mods to Program Files/Mod Organizer/mods is already okay enough to transfer the files. Should I give that a go?
